This is the Irving building. This building was torn down in about the 1930's to make way for two smaller buildings. At first. Montgomary Ward was in the small building on the left and Newberrys was in the small building on the right. Montgomary Wards later decided to close their stores and sell from their Catelog only. At that time, Newberrys took over both small buildings and removed the wall between them.

I am taking artistic liberty to bring forth the Irving Building and put Newberrys in it. It was the same size as the two smaller building and it is a much more beautifuly building than the two building that have replaced it.
