Much of the upper floor design is from old photos. However, the first floor was pretty much guesswork and application of basic structural engineering and building design.

The Owl Drug Store was the obvious anchor tenant of the Fisher Block. The placement of the entrance as well as the signage is some guesswork after struggling with the old photographs.
